Kendra Law, violinist and violin teacher has recently moved to the Portland area and is now accepting students. Her students have won major competitions, and have gone on to some of the finest music conservatories in the country.  She has extensive experience in working with students in small and large ensembles.  She teaches all levels from beginning through advanced with emphasis on Suzuki method, but teaches standard classical violin repertoire; fiddle; klezmer; and folk music. Ages 3 - adult.

Teaching Experience includes:

* George Fox University (2008) Guest Faculty for Northwest Suzuki Institute

* University of Oregon (2003 - 2007) Guest Faculty: Master classes and Fiddling

* Waldorf School of the Rogue Valley (1991 - 1994)  All levels of violin


Publications include the Freddy Fiddle and Betty Bow series for violin, cello, viola, and Guitar.

Ms. Law currently plays with the Sunnyside Symphony Orchestra.
